Booking & visiting — questions answered

How do I book?
Use the online booking section above once it's live, or get in touch by WhatsApp, phone, text or email. A free 15-minute discovery call is the easiest first step if you're not sure which treatment is right for you.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Loose, comfortable clothing is ideal so we can reach acupuncture points on the arms, legs and abdomen easily. You'll be kept warm and modest throughout your treatment with towels and covers. For TuiNa or cupping you may need to partially undress — this will always be explained in advance.
Is Vireya only for women?
Yes — Vireya is a ladies-only clinic. It's a deliberate choice, so you can feel completely comfortable, especially during treatments that involve skin contact or more personal health discussions.
Can I claim on health insurance?
Some insurers do cover acupuncture and complementary therapies — it's worth checking with your provider. We're happy to provide receipts and any documentation you need for a claim.
What's your cancellation policy?
Please let us know as soon as you can if you need to reschedule. We kindly ask for 48 hours' notice — otherwise the booked session is subject to a partial or full charge.
Can I bring someone with me?
Of course. You're welcome to bring a friend or family member if it helps you feel more at ease — just let us know in advance.
Is parking available?
Limited paid street parking is available nearby (Marylebone is within the Westminster zone and the Central London Congestion Charge area). Public transport is usually the easiest option — Baker Street and Edgware Road tubes are both a short walk away.
