Meet your practitioner and discover the philosophy behind our holistic approach to health and healing.
Welcome to Vireya. My name is the practitioner behind this clinic, and I founded Vireya with one clear vision: to create a healing space where women can feel truly seen, heard and cared for — using the profound wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
I trained extensively in Traditional Chinese Medicine, earning qualifications in Acupuncture, Tui na, Hijama and a range of complementary therapies. My clinical experience spans a wide range of conditions, from chronic pain and stress to fertility support and hormonal health.
My approach is always holistic — I don't just treat symptoms, I seek to understand the deeper patterns of imbalance within the body and address the root cause. Every treatment plan is tailored specifically to you, taking into account your physical health, emotional state and lifestyle.
I am deeply committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment exclusively for women, where you can relax completely and focus fully on your healing journey.
Every client is treated with warmth, respect and genuine attention to their individual needs.
Treatments that work with your body's own intelligence to restore balance and vitality.
A female-only clinic where you can feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout your care.
Combining thousands of years of TCM wisdom with an awareness of modern health research.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is one of the oldest and most comprehensive healing systems in the world, with a history spanning over 2,500 years. It views the body as an integrated whole — a complex system where every part is interconnected and in constant communication.
At the heart of TCM is the concept of Qi (pronounced "chee") — the vital life force or energy that flows through the body along pathways called meridians. When Qi flows freely and harmoniously, we experience good health. When it becomes blocked, deficient or excessive, illness and dis-ease can arise.
TCM also centres around the principles of Yin and Yang — the concept that seemingly opposing forces are in fact complementary and interdependent. In the body, Yin and Yang represent different qualities: cold and heat, rest and activity, nourishment and function. Health is the dynamic balance between these two forces.
The dynamic balance of opposing yet complementary forces that sustain life and health.
The life force that flows through meridians, powering all physiological processes.
Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water — representing the cycles of nature within the body.
A network of channels through which Qi and Blood flow, connecting all organs and tissues.
TCM encompasses a variety of therapeutic modalities, each addressing different aspects of health and working together to restore complete wellbeing.
Fine needles inserted at specific acupuncture points to regulate Qi flow, stimulate the nervous system and promote natural healing. Used for pain, stress, fertility and much more.
Therapeutic massage working on the body's meridian system using specific hand techniques to relieve tension, improve circulation and restore the balance of Qi.
Warming therapy burning moxa herb near or on acupuncture points to nourish Qi and Blood, warm the meridians, and strengthen the body's vital energy.
Suction cups applied to the skin to improve blood circulation, release fascial adhesions, detoxify the body and promote deep relaxation of muscles and connective tissue.
An ancient therapeutic technique using cupping with small skin incisions to remove stagnant blood and toxins, improving circulation and revitalising the body.
TCM views food as medicine. Personalised guidance on diet and lifestyle — aligned with your constitution, season and health goals — forms a vital part of your treatment.
